Merge PDF and images

Combine PDF files and photos or scans into one PDF. Put them in the order you want, remove any you don't need, and download a single file.

How to merge PDF files and images

  1. Add your files. Choose PDFs and JPG, PNG or WebP images, or drag them onto the box above. You can add more at any time.
  2. Put them in order. Drag files up or down, or use the arrows. Remove any you don't need with ×.
  3. Press “Merge PDF”. Download one PDF with every page in the order you chose.

Good to know

  • No quality loss — PDF pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable, and JPG photos go in without being re-compressed.
  • Photos and scans become pages — fitted onto A4 (turned to landscape for wide images), or kept at their own size. Phone photos are turned the right way up.
  • Nothing is uploaded until you merge — arranging and removing files happens on your device.
  • Nothing is kept — the merged PDF is sent straight back to you and every file is deleted right after.

Merging a Nepali notice with its annex, putting scanned certificates and an application form into one file for an online submission, or combining photos of documents into a single PDF — all work the same way. Need the text out of a PDF instead? Use PDF to Word or PDF to Text.

Frequently asked questions

Can I merge images as well as PDFs?

Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP images become pages of the PDF, in the position you put them. Photos taken on a phone are turned the right way up automatically.

How do I change the order?

Drag the files up or down in the list, or use the arrow buttons next to each one. The PDF follows the order of the list.

Does merging reduce the quality?

No. PDF pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable, and JPG photos are placed into the PDF without being re-compressed.

Is there a limit?

Up to 10 files, 50 MB in total and 200 pages in the merged PDF.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. Remove the password first, then merge.

Are my files kept?

No. Your files are used only to make the merged PDF, which is sent straight back to you, and everything is deleted right after.
